03 May ACAS has published new guidance on making reasonable adjustments for mental health
The new guidance published by ACAS is important reading for all HR Managers and Managers.

The guidance covers
- What reasonable adjustments for mental health look like;
- How to request them;
- How employers should respond to such requests; and

The guidance suggests considering adjustments even when employers aren’t sure there is a disability and further outlines examples of such adjustments as we would expect covering:
- Styles of communicating;
- Breaking tasks down;
- Removing stressful aspects;
- Relocations; and
- Regular monitoring.
